This 2-hour, virtual workshop focuses on leading high-energy, remote brainstorms that lead to ideas that push your work forward.

Improving your team's ability to generate a wide range of radical ideas can be a challenge. Doing so in a remote setting (without losing their attention or energy) can be even trickier. In this meta virtual workshop, you’ll learn how to activate your team’s imagination regardless of where they’re sitting, and have brainstorms that propel your team’s work forward.Key learning takeaways include:<ul><li>Energizers and team stokes specifically designed to boost your team’s engagement and collaborative intelligence </li><li>Practice opportunities using various applications to visually capture your team’s ideation process</li><li>Unique tools and techniques to prompt divergent thinking such as Creative Constraints, Lateral Inspiration, Open-Explore-Close, and Power in Opposites</li><li>Insider facilitation tips for democratizing group brainstorming and including all voices</li><li>Best practices for prioritizing ideas and moving forward after the session</li></ul>WHAT IS A VIRTUAL WORKSHOP? Online courses will never be a full substitute for what can be done in-person, but it doesn’t mean you need to sacrifice the elements that make in-person experiences so impactful. These virtual workshops retain those elements that make our in-person workshops so valuable—in-depth conversations, surprises, hands-on application, energizing facilitation, and peer-to-peer learning. From the number of participants we allow to the technology we leverage to the facilitators we bring in, our remote sessions are designed with a deep level of intentionality to maximize engagement and your potential to learn. Leading great workshops is in our company’s DNA, so we don’t use the word ‘workshop’ lightly. HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO PREPARE<ul><li>Computer with functioning camera, microphone, and internet</li><li>A comfortable environment to log in from so you can actively speak and participate (we know it can be difficult to find a perfectly quiet spot at home, so all we ask is you do your best!)</li><li><a href="https://zoom.us/download" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Zoom downloaded</a> on your computer. Note--if you are unable to download Zoom, you can also join the link from your browser (Chrome or Edge work best). Please allow for an additional 5 minutes before the session starts to get it set up. </li><li>Access to Google Docs. You don’t need a google account or gmail address to access the documents, but make sure you can <a href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/1KCSQUC1PXyorwsEZJ7Ji0yeL_9yXZtiREdeG2_B3DWQ/edit?usp=sharing" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">access this test document beforehand</a>. </li><li>A beverage and/or snack. This session is a two-hour course so make sure you're able to take care of yourself while participating!</li></ul><ul></ul>
