Leading Racial Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity at Work and in Society

The year 2020 has brought issues of equity and race to the forefront of society. What are the implications of this focus on equity and race for our organizations and communities? What role do organizations have in changing the society around them, and how can leaders engage proactively, responsively, and ethically in the work of promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice? Changing the culture of an organization and its related impact on society is challenging in the best of circumstances; today, it can seem impossible. Yet, it is more necessary and urgent than ever to address these issues thoughtfully and with effective practices that can produce real change.

This #faculty #digitalevent is #open to all alumni, parents, and friends.
