WRISE San Diego and AWG are thrilled to invite you to our "Leadership Skills that Will Help You Soar!" Luncheon as part of our annual WRISE Week. We are honored to have Linda Shaffer-Vanaria, the US Navy's first female test pilot, speak with us about her experience as a navy test pilot and only the second woman operational squadron commander. Linda will examine the behaviors and skills necessary to rise to leadership positions and give advice on how to cultivate them. We hope you can join us in her mission to empower leaders to be confident and decisive when facing volatility and uncertainty in life and in our careers.
