THE PROGRAM:

This workshop amplifies the lessons of Leadership & Management I, but takes attendees into areas of deep leadership meaning and understanding to enhance mastery of both team results and individual follower performance! Adopting a more strategic approach to subordinate mentoring and development, this course focuses in detail on the personal transformations necessary to magnify the leader’s effectiveness in change management, situational leadership, emotional intelligence, team building, behavior management, and individual transformation. Leadership & Management II focuses on the concepts and strategies that promote independent-thinking skills and the interactive application of solutions that are essential for keeping teams working together and moving them forward as a unit.

THE EXECUTIVE COACHES

Frank Lisenbee

Frank has over 38 years of experience leading teams and managing healthcare organizations. As a Senior Noncommissioned Officer in the United States Air Force, he served in numerous senior leadership positions including Superintendent of DoD’s largest dental activity and interim Command Chief at Wilford Hall Medical Center. Before establishing Gravity Leadership & Management and Healthcare Compliance Readiness (HCR), Frank also worked as an Occupational Analyst for the Department of Defense, Texas and Louisiana District Manager at Ocean Dental, Chief Operations Officer at Sole Support, and Practice Director at Health Texas Medical Group. He is a nationally published author and award-winning speaker, and his many career awards include the Air Force Dental Noncommissioned Officer of the Year. Frank is a graduate of the Air Force Noncommissioned Officers Academy and holds degrees in Dental Sciences, Organizational Management, and Human Resource Management as well as certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and HIPAA Professional. He also teaches Leadership & Management for the University of Texas at San Antonio – Small Business Development Center.

Jennifer Baugher

With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, human resources, and team leadership, Jennifer has unparalleled skills in nearly every facet of management. While on active duty with the Air Force, she served as a Dental Group Practice Manager and later completed a special duty assignment as a Leadership Training Instructor. After retiring from the military, Jennifer worked as the VP of Clinical Operations for a large national dental organization. She is a USAF Noncommissioned Officers’ Academy graduate and holds degrees in Dental Sciences and Instructor Technology. Jennifer also serves as the Director of Human Resources at Healthcare Compliance Readiness (HCR) and teaches human resource topics for the University of Texas at San Antonio – Small Business Development Center.
