About this event

  • 8 days 3 hours

This 3.5-day IN-PERSON program is for leaders and managers looking to increase their effectiveness in attracting, retaining and engaging their people. The program will focus on foundational elements like understanding your responsibility as a leader, developing your leadership style, giving candid feedback, the science of motivation and building strong working relationships. In addition, the program will dive into how leaders build culture and engagement while enabling performance.

All training attendees will have access to one 1-hour 1:1 coaching session with the trainer/leadership coach following the program. This allows leaders to dig into challenges and topics specific to their situation or sensitive challenges that they may not share within a virtual group setting.
