Step into a transformative journey with our group coaching program, "In the High Heels of a Smart Negotiator," designed exclusively for women in leadership seeking to enhance their negotiation skills and assertive communication. Led by seasoned negotiation experts, this empowering group coaching experience aims to equip participants with the tools and mindset necessary to navigate the professional landscape with confidence and finesse.

Program Highlights:
1. Strategic Negotiation Techniques: Discuss strategies for successful negotiations, from setting objectives to navigating challenging conversations. We will address how to assertively advocate for your goals while maintaining positive relationships.
2 . Benefit from a diverse community of like-minded women who share experiences, exchange ideas and provide mutual support. The group encourages open dialogue, promotes inclusive perspectives, and celebrates the achievements of its members.

This coaching group meets twice a month for 90-minute sessions.

Unitive Consulting is a consulting firm focuses on delivering solutions in the areas of talent development, conflict engagement, mediation, and training. Clients benefit from the extensive experience from Yvette Durazo, founder of Unitive Consulting. She has overcome personal, professional, and health challenges by transforming them into opportunities for growth. She is an Adjunct Professor teaching Conflict Resolution and Communication, Mediation and Neutrality/Ethics at National University. She achieved her Associate Certified Coach credential (ACC) by completing over 2000 client coaching hours through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Yvette speaks both English and Spanish fluently. She has been a guest speaker for various associations in San Diego. She has a Master’s in Conflict Resolution, Negotiation and Peacebuilding from CSU Dominguez Hills and an undergraduate degree in International Business with an emphasis in Latin American Studies from SDSU. She is certified mediator through the San Diego Restorative Justice Center and National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) where she has gained invaluable experience in this field.
