Leadership Development Program (LDP)


The Leadership Development Program is designed for emerging leaders stepping into their first leadership role or preparing for it. This program equips individuals with the foundational tools to lead with clarity, communicate effectively, and build confidence in their leadership identity.

The Leadership Development Program runs for 8 weeks, with 2-hour training sessions on Tuesdays and 1-hour implementation coaching calls on Fridays. Through a combination of group learning, coaching, and real-world application, participants learn how to lead themselves before they lead others. LDP helps new leaders understand their natural leadership style, navigate early challenges, and show up with presence and accountability.

Whether you’ve just been promoted or are being considered for a leadership position, LDP provides the structure, support, and strategy to help you succeed.
