This quote from the Emerge US Gathering invitation points to our potential as co-creators of an emerging future.
The stakes are high, and participants in this gathering have the unprecedented opportunity and responsibility to play a leadership role within our various spheres of influence.
We sense that the nature of leadership is changing, and that aligning our efforts with the deeper creative intelligence of Life is essential for our success.
But how do we do that? And how do we get better at it?
The questions we are currently holding for our time together are:
- What might be the essential skills necessary to foster the conditions for our desired outcomes - locally and globally?
- What practices might help develop our capacity to be an effective leader and facilitator of this emergent process?
As we get closer to the gathering these questions might evolve, but the underlying impulse will be the same.
