A leadership activation session Facilitator: Pastor Keith Jones, Director of Education This opening session sets the tone for the day, focusing on relational leadership, connection, and collaborative vision within The Connection Church Coalition. This is a general session for all attendees.

HEAD – Pastoring Post-Pandemic (Bishop-Elect Elijah Curtis) For Senior Pastors & Senior-Level Leaders A strategic session addressing leadership, vision, and decision-making in today’s ministry landscape. HEART – Rhythm & Blues (Bishop-Designate DaRale Walton) For Elders, Ministers, Administrators, Worship Teams & Musicians An equipping session focused on understanding personal and collective value, embracing the responsibility of carrying the heartbeat of the ministry, and serving with spiritual and emotional alignment. HAND – Serving Through Suffering (Dr. Kimara Weeks) For Deacons, Adjutants, Ushers, Hospitality Teams & All Ministries of Helps A practical session encouraging faithfulness, resilience, and excellence in service, especially in challenging seasons.
