This opening session sets the tone for the day, focusing on relational leadership, connection, and collaborative vision within The Connection Church Coalition. This is a general session for all attendees.

HEAD – Pastoring Post-Pandemic (Bishop-Elect Elijah Curtis)
For Senior Pastors & Senior-Level Leaders
A strategic session addressing leadership, vision, and decision-making in today’s ministry landscape.

HEART – Rhythm & Blues (Bishop-Designate DaRale Walton)
For Elders, Ministers, Administrators, Worship Teams & Musicians
An equipping session focused on understanding personal and collective value, embracing the responsibility of carrying the heartbeat of the ministry, and serving with spiritual and emotional alignment.

HAND – Serving Through Suffering (Dr. Kimara Weeks)
For Deacons, Adjutants, Ushers, Hospitality Teams & All Ministries of Helps
A practical session encouraging faithfulness, resilience, and excellence in service, especially in challenging seasons.

Breakout Sessions: Head / Heart / Hand. Participants will select one session.

A plenary session preparing the coalition for the sacred service of Episcopal Consecration presented by Bishop Brian Keith Hodges and Bishop Jamie Johnson.

This session will address the weight, responsibility, and spiritual posture required of consecrated leadership within apostolic and episcopal service.
