About Joe Berardi:

As a Registered Architect and Principal at Berardi+ , Joe is actively involved  in a variety of project and funding types, ranging from affordable housing  to market rate including new construction and rehabilitation/renovation  projects.

While Joe’s primary focus has been on historic rehabilitation, he often works  on new construction projects ranging from affordable housing through  market rate projects coupled with complex financial structures that require  an understanding of financial requirements.

Joe’s diverse experience in the field of architecture exceeds twenty  years, beginning in a boutique residential design firm then transitioning  to development before joining the firm in 2008. Joe’s career at Berardi+  started as an entry level project coordinator which allowed him to excel  through many positions at the office before becoming a Registered  Architect and Principal at Berardi+.
