Students of all ages and all abilities can participate in their Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings and other planning meetings. Students can even learn to lead their own meetings! The focus of this training will be students 14-22 years old.
Come see how students have participated in their meetings, and see examples of planning meetings that have been led by students.
Participants will be provided with worksheets before the workshop. You can fill out the worksheets in advance and you’ll learn how to put your information together so you’ll be better prepared to lead your own meeting.
Students & parents are encouraged to come to this workshop together, or parents can come by themselves. All ages are welcome, but the focus of this training will be students 14-22 years old.
