With 22+ years working with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and universities, she turns strategy into operating discipline so leaders execute, teams stay, and performance improves. She holds an Ed.D. in Performance Improvement Leadership and teaches graduate-level leadership at St. Catherine University. Her clients leave with frameworks, not just ideas.
