About this event

If you're feeling drained by the constant urgency and competitiveness of modern leadership, it's a sign you're ready for a new framework.

For too long we've believed that success demands cutthroat strategies. But now, more of us are awakening to the truth: this approach creates burnout and unnecessary social inequalities. It leaves sincere and creative leaders struggling to keep up, produce results, and truly connect with their teams.

But there is an alternative—leading from a place of unshakeable inner peace.

Inner peace is not static or passive; it is abundantly available and it actually creates the dynamic and powerful presence successful leaders embody.

But how? And can peace actually produce results?

The short answer is: Hell yes!

Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to leadership, join us in a transformative workshop to learn the 4 Steps to Inner Peace and how to put them into practice. Led by a meditation expert with over 25 years of experience, the workshop will also include secular guided meditations to help you feel inner peace.

This workshop is ideal if:

  • You're want to go from perpetual stress to ease and delight
  • You want to make decisions rooted in peace, not fear
  • You're a student or recent grad who wants to become a peaceful, impactful leader
  • You define yourself as a leader and want more peace in your life, eg educators and independent artists are welcome in this workshop too!

When we choose to prioritize peace, we pave the way to inner ease and a success that is more than personal. By putting inner peace first, you lead the way for others to live in and enjoy a more equitable, creative, and caring society. So...

Are you ready to embark on this journey?

Join us to learn how to unlock the transformative potential of inner peace in leadership.

I'm Juniper McKelvie, an independent artist and freelance nun hell bent on sharing the tools for inner peace. I'm interested in exploring what possibilities reveal themselves when people decide to be present with each other. Because it is a choice. We can choose to stop hiding behind “I’m busy, so very, very busy until the day that I die” and choose instead to be honest about what is actually happening in the present moment. Because the present is literally the only time we have. Do we really want to endlessly repeat to each other how busy we are? Or do we want to try something different? I’m ready to inhabit a full-bodied aliveness that doesn’t analyze or avoid the present but instead fully embodies the truth of the moment.
