Description

Please join the Erickson School's Keynote presentation of Fields of Opportunity Week:

We live in a world where leaders will be called to lead from where they are. Today's and tomorrow's most effective leaders know the value in leading from and taking action from their current place. Emerging leaders will be well served to look at the evolution of the management of aging services as a marathon. A marathon which you must finish strong. Strong leaders will be needed to keep pace with the dynamic changes in the aging services field. Each older adult is unique in their varied needs will impact almost every profession. The leadership skills required will transform the longevity market.

Joe DeMattos, President and CEO of HFAM (Health Facilities of Maryland), shares his insights based on more than 30 years of professional and community experience, including leadership positions with AARP, and in state government working with a governor, the attorney general, and at the state legislature.
