Now is the time for allies. We need allies to achieve equality and create and sustain diverse workplaces. And, often our allies are everyday leaders.
In this free online workshop, equality and ally expert, Julie Kratz, and, former tech executive turned women in tech advocate, Karen Catlin, will share proven tools that leaders can implement right away to engage allies and be a better ally.
Through our engaging approach, we will welcome interaction and story and strategy sharing across diverse groups of leaders wrestling with diversity and looking for solutions to retain top talent.
