Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you relax and rejuvenate in this unique natural setting. This in-person event is a rare opportunity to connect with nature and yourself on a deeper level. Don't miss out on this unforgettable experience!

Please arrive to the lobby by 1:30 to find the location and get shuttled to the cave. We will start right at 2:00pm.

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket. Please also dress in layers and light gloves and a beanie are always nice additions.

There are no bathrooms at the cave, so please plan accordingly.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, warm blanket and dress in layers. A beanie and glove is always a nice addition.

Is it cold inside?

Yes, the temperature in the cave stays consistently around 50 degrees. We do movement to warm the body up beforehand, but best to dress in layers.

Is the cave easy to find?

You will meet in the lobby of Juniper Preserve and we will shuttle you to the cave. Please make sure you use the bathroom in advance as there are no facilities at the cave.

What is different about a sound bath in a cave?

The setting influences the experience greatly. Being surrounded by so much rock, in a special natural environment can change the personal effects of a soundbath. It is very unique.

Is the cave safe?

The cave has been reviewed and tested by Juniper Preserve and is safe for the sound bath experience.
