Laughter is breath, life, love, connection, community, ultimate health !!!Join Carolina Duncan Page for this 45 minute workshop to learn breathing techniques that lead to laughter. Laughing is a great practice to carry into our daily life. We can laugh by ourselves or with others, laughing for more than 5 mins releases all the happy juices in the body and the health, emotional and psychological benefits are amazing, basically you’ll walk down the street with a smile on your face!
