Get all giggly with us at the park! 🤣 This month, we’re going to LIGHTEN UP and give ourselves the gift of joy and community! The yoga is accessible to all–just bring yourself!

Best if you eat well beforehand or arrive with an empty stomach.

$15 for non-members. Payment options here.

Movement is accessible to all. If you’re joining via Zoom or meeting at the park, we’ll be gathering 6:15pm ET for some chatting and community camaraderie!

If you're arriving via Zoom, wear comfortable clothes. Have space to stand and move the body. Have a bottle or vessel of pure/filtered water nearby.
