Laugh Circle

A Laugh Circle is 60-minutes of fun, interactive games we play together as a group. It’s not an improv or comedy class, but a laughter workshop designed to help us benefit from the healing properties laughter releases. Laughter is recognized by science as a powerful medicine. From strengthening our immune system to stress relief, laughter exercises every organ in our body including our brains.

Instructor Katina Andoniadis performed with the comedy troupe Human Comedy and has been presenting laughter workshops for over 30 years. She has witnessed first-hand the wondrous affects of laughter on people of all walks of life. We meet in the West Linn Holistic Center.
