What types of milks will be used?

At this class, we will only be using whole diary milk- as it is the best for steaming. Once you know how to steam whole milk, you can transfer his skill to other milk types.

Is there an age restriction?

We ask that only 14+ be attending the class due to the handling of hot liquids and use of an industrial espresso machine. We also ask that you do not bring your children, even if they are not participating.
