To date, the company has collected over 10 million hours of sleep data which have been used to design the ultimate sleep experience. In 2017, she was named by Forbes to the 30 Under 30 list of young professionals making an impact in the Consumer Technology industry. The same year, she was a speaker at the Forbes Under 30 Summit on the topic of longevity, sleep and technology.Prior to Eight, Alexandra applied her marketing experience at various startups, academic institutions, and Wall Street organizations. She was raised in Tijuana, Mexico and now lives in New York City. She holds a B.S. in Communication Science from Tecnologico de Monterrey.</DIV>

<P STYLE="text-align: left;">Management Solana was named Senior Vice President, Global Debit Product Management on July 16, 2018. In this role, Sol leads the Product Management team and is responsible for driving product line strategies across Debit Mastercard (DMC) and Maestro products, creating and implementing a roadmap for asset integration with groups outside of Debit, and strategy execution on the product roadmap for optimizing the existing Debit portfolio business.</P>
<P STYLE="text-align: left;"><BR>Since joining Mastercard in 2012, Sol has held roles within both the NAM and LAC regions. Most recently Sol held the role of Vice President of Prepaid and Inclusive Futures for North America, where she led Prepaid’s strategy and growth plan, identifying new product solutions and go-to-market opportunities that broaden our business and capture new revenues. She, and her team, successfully launched our Assemble platform in the region which is an intrinsic component in reaching the 2020 Prepaid share and revenue targets. Additionally, she launched three anchor pilots in the market with key partners such as ADP, Amazon and Care.com.Previously, Sol was responsible for Prepaid, Personal Payments and Financial Inclusion in Latin America. Prior to joining MasterCard, Sol spent 10 years at Citi, where she worked in a variety of roles and businesses including Retail Bank, Citi Cards and Global Transaction Services, spanning Argentina, Brazil and North America.</P>
<P STYLE="text-align: left;">Sol serves as President’s Council and Advisory Committee member of Venture Lab at ACCION International, and Board member of ACCION North America, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating economic opportunity by connecting people to the financial tools they need to improve their lives. Sol completed her Industrial Engineering degree from the Catholic University of Argentina and her Executive MBA from Columbia Business School.</P>
