Frida Friday ATX is more than just a marketplace, we're a movement  to center and support local/ BIPOC/ Latinx / Queer and emerging artists.  We create monthly intentionally intersectional  marketplaces & cultural spaces that support and promote  our communities to sell their handmade and carefully curated wares, while celebrating diversity.

Join us for an inspiring networking and panel event celebrating the significant impact of powerful Latinas on our nation's economy.Latina Equal Pay Day symbolizes the day Latinas must work into the new year to earn what White non-Hispanic men made at the end of the previous year. Shockingly, Latinas typically earn only 55 cents for every dollar earned by white, non-Hispanic men and must toil for nearly 23 months to achieve what their counterparts earn in just 12 months.Despite these challenges, Latinas are at the forefront of driving our communal economic success. Cultivating a robust Latina community is essential for fostering inclusivity and equal opportunity. Through mutual connections and support, we possess the most potent tools for bridging economic disparity gaps. By offering guidance, mentorship, and access to resources, we empower Latinas to shatter barriers, overcome challenges, and establish businesses that fuel economic growth.Mark your calendars for Thursday, October 5th, from 6 to 9 PM, as we host an exceptional group of Latina leaders who will generously share their insights, strategies, and the wisdom they've acquired on their journey to mastering their respective fields.
