Lately: Exhibition #1 is an installation of 20 written works of poetry and a multi sensory sonic and intimate experience. Understanding the similarities and differences between pain and pleasure and becoming comfortable with the idea of vulnerability, Taylor Deshay shares how honesty and self reflection allows for the process of healing to truly begin. 
Participants are given the opportunity to display their own writing, in alignment with the agenda to cultivate a safe space for community amongst Black Women. Select poems will be read by the artist, accompanied by Anaiet Soul. Following the performance, there will be a Q&amp;A hosted by curator Camíla. Prepare to be immersed in poetry, sound, and softness.
