What Forms of payment do you accept?

Eventbrite accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, visas, Mastercard's, etc. You may also pay through Klarna. To do so, go to Klarna website>>type Eventbrite into the search bar>>Click on the "pink K" for pay with Klarna to create a card and use the Klarna card to checkout on Eventbrite site.

What is your refund policy?

Tickets purchased for the Lash Boss Convention 2024 are non-refundable. All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided. In the event we have to cancel or reschedule the event, exchanges and refunds will then be provided.

Is there an attire for this event?

This event is casual but fly! You do not have to be business casual for this event, but we do ask that you dress for the occasion. However, we are asking that guest wear any of the color scheme: Mauve, beige, cream & gold!
