Las Migas first exploded on the flamenco scene 20 years ago in Barcelona as a singularly have challenged stereotypes and flamenco traditions with astounding success over theirlong career and have evolved into a powerhouse of Flamenco fusion that has earned themmany awards including a Latin Grammy nomination followed by a Latin Grammy award in 2022for Libres. The current line-up, all hailing from different regions of Spain, include vocalistCarolina “La Chispa,” guitarists Marta Robles and Alicia Grillo, violinist Laura Pacios and bassistOriol Riart Laborda. After numerous tours in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, audiences arefinally offered an opportunity to see these Flamenco trailblazers in their Chicago debut!
