Women’s Physical Fitness Orientation, where you will learn the importance of physical fitness and receive an introduction to the Candidate Advancement Program (CAP), a FREE physical fitness program, available to All women interested over the age of 20 1/2. You do not have to be an LAPD Candidate. **Two locations offered**
