The tours start at 4pm. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your tour.

How much are tickets?

Tickets are £6 per person.

Do I need to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we accept both tickets displayed on phones or printed tickets.

Are toilets available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, public toilets are available in the Priory Visitor Centre, including accessible facilities and baby changing.

Once booked can I change the time or day of the visit or have my ticket refunded?

Accepted Answer

No, we are unable to change the date or time of the visit once booked. To avoid any disappointment, we would ask that before completing the purchase of tickets you are confident in being able to fulfil your booking.

Question 7

Can buggies and prams be brought into the priory?

Accepted Answer

No, it is a Grade I listed building, so to protect the historic fabric pushchairs and buggies other than mobility pushchairs are not permitted inside the building. For the event a buggy park will be stationed inside the Visitor Centre. Please ensure personal valuables are always kept with you.

Can food or drink be brought into the priory?

Refreshments can only be consumed within the Priory Visitor Centre, food and drink are not permitted elsewhere in Prittlewell Priory.
