How does the event work?

You’ll join tables based on the languages you want to practice. We’ll help break the ice with games and conversation prompts, and you can switch between languages or groups during the evening.

Do I need to speak a certain language or be fluent?

Accepted Answer

No! All language levels are welcome—from beginner to native speaker. You can practice, listen, or just enjoy the atmosphere.

Which languages will be available? (Updated 29.10)

Accepted Answer

Languages planned for the event (updated): German, English, Spanish, French, Persian, Chinese, Hindi, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic.

Is there an entry fee?

We kindly ask you to register here on Eventbrite for an optional donation - you can pay any amount you want to enter the event.

Will drinks and snacks be available?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The lounge zone at The Social Hub Hotel offers a relaxed setting with a selection of drinks and snacks for reasonable prices.

Can I come with my own food?

Unfortunately, own drinks and food are not allowed.

Can I join last minute or bring a friend?

Sure! Please ask your friend to register in advance if possible. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows.
