Hi, my name is Jacquelina Jablonski, but call me Jackie.

Over the years, I have gained valuable experience from owning and managing both a roofing company and a property management business. Through these experiences, I have developed strong multitasking skills and have become efficient at handling a wide range of responsibilities.

In my role, I take a hands-on approach to overseeing operations and coordinating various aspects such as staging, design refinement, and property management across a diverse portfolio of rental properties. My commitment to immersing myself fully in every aspect ensures comprehensive management and meticulous attention to detail, both of which are crucial to the success and efficiency of my venture.

After learning lessons from these experiences, I have taken the initiative to create this boot camp class. Why? a boot camp class? Well... I consider myself very strict when it comes to my teaching style.

I created this class to aim at helping landlords become housing providers, educating them on how to be more in control, not controlling. It will cover strategic planning, efficient documentation, and how landlords and tenants can work together.

This empowering class is crafted to equip owners and property managers with the knowledge and skills needed to expertly operate and manage their rental properties. It covers important topics such as Fair Housing and the Chicago Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance. Participants will gain a comprehensive introduction to property management, including listing and marketing rental units, prequalifying prospective tenants, leasing, addressing tenant issues, notices, maintenance problems, lease renewals, budgeting, and more.

Please note that this workshop will be limited to 12 participants to ensure a focused and interactive learning experience.
