Lamb Breakdown Class
Overview
Join Chef Pete List for an approachable, come-as-you-are class focused on breaking down a whole lamb from nose to tail. This workshop blends demonstration with optional hands-on participation, so you can jump in as much, or as little, as you’d like. Bring your own knife and favorite beverage and settle in as we walk through animal anatomy, where familiar cuts come from, and how to make the most of each one at home. Along the way, you’ll learn practical cooking ideas and gain a deeper understanding of whole-animal utilization. You’ll leave feeling more confident around meat, more prepared in your own kitchen, and inspired about whole animal utilization.
