Event Information: This is for the Advanced Registration for vehicles for the 2024 Pan-O-Prog 37th Annual Night Cruise sponsored by Jeff Belzer's

Day of vehicle registration will be $15. Advanced registration through this app will be $10. When you sign up in advance, check-in at the event will be simple and fast as your bag of goodies will be provided at the gate. Cruise Night Line-Up is based on First IN - First OUT.


NOTICE: Do not be persuaded (or goaded) into participating by burning out, tire chirp and or any other potentially dangerous action while your vehicle is in gear. Event staff will be positioned near all "Fan Based Water Boxes" with radios. If you attempt to smoke tires or burn out your license plate will be radioed ahead to Police and Pan-O-Prog personnel, and you will be removed from the cruise - your plate will be placed on a list and barred from next year’s event. Do yourself a favor and drive around any water box you see to make a point to individuals who are putting spectators and this event at risk.

Owners/Drivers of registered vehicles must agree to the Hold Harmless Statement - you will be asked during registration check-out to respond “Yes” or “No” Those responding “No” will not be allowed to enter and no refund will be provided.

2024 PAN-O-PROG CRUSIE NIGHT Hold Harmless Statement/Release:

The vehicle owner/operator individual confirms that the vehicle is insured against loss, damage, and liability and that he/she is licensed to operate a motor vehicle in accordance with any state and municipal laws. I understand the risks and possible damage to my vehicle. I also assume responsibility for any damage or injury to others or private property I may cause through any of my actions. By agreeing and answering "YES" in the registration checkout area of Eventbrite, I hereby release the Panorama of Progress Inc, City of Lakeville, Independent School District 194, Jeff Belzer's Auto Group, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees as well as any other person related to this event, either directly or indirectly, for any acts of omissions, which may result in theft, loss, damage, liability, and weather or riot related incidents.

It continues the tradition of celebrating our progress, highlighting our parks & amenities, and promoting our local businesses. Lakeville has been the fastest growing city in Minnesota for nearly a decade.
