LUNCHEON PROGRAM

On Historic Grounds, a New Community Rises in DC: Reservoir District

Explore how Reservoir Park transforms 25 acres of the historic McMillan water treatment site into a vibrant mixed-use district in Washington, DC. Discover how a visionary public-private partnership brought this long-closed landmark back to life.

Join the George Washington Chapter of Lambda Alpha International (LAIGW) for our monthly luncheon program featuring speakers from EYA and Perkins Eastman. They’ll share the rich history of the McMillan site, walk us through the master planning and design process, and highlight the unique collaboration that brought this ambitious project to life. Hear firsthand from the development and design teams behind one of DC’s most exciting urban transformations.
