The LAFD Firefighter Recruitment Section presents the Applicant Orientation Program, designed to give you a closer look at what it takes to be a Firefighter with the Los Angeles Fire Department and exactly what steps you will need to take to be successful. Join us for this one of a kind opportunity. You need only attend one session.

Please wear comfortable clothing, as you will be trying on the Firefighter personal protective equipment and getting hands on with a few of our firefighting tools. The large portion of the program will take place outdoors, so dress appropriate to the weather. Parking is provided in the adjoining Fire Station 21 parking lot off of 52nd street. Please park along the back wall closest to the gate.
