Is there Free Parking?

Yes, the hotel has free parking..

Will transportation be provided??

No, everyone is responsible for their own transportation.

Can I get a refund?

No refunds will be given. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person..

Will the event or hotel be handicap accessible?

Yes, and if in need of a handicap accessible room please notify the hotel directly to book your reservation and make sure to give them our group discount code: LOFFCM so you can pay the special rate.

Are children allowed?

Preferably, no children, however, please let us know if you must bring a child and we can give you further information.

How do I reach someone for questions that are not listed?

Is there a dress code?

No, however, no shorts or tights, request casual dress comfortable. The weekend attire is Western Cowgirl/Cowboy: Jeans, Jean Skirts, Boots and Hats. Not Mandatory though.

Will I receive an Itinerary?

Yes, an itinerary will be emailed to all registered attendees at least 3 weeks prior to the retreat..
