Please join us for our Ladies Night Out on May 9 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Please note - this is a ladies only event (this includes moms, grandmas, caregivers, aunts, female guardians, etc.) for a child/adult child with a disability. There will be NO childcare available).
There will be some conversation and refreshments and then some gentle Yoga (optional) and then finish with more conversation and refreshments. If you are participating in Yoga, please wear comfortable clothes and fill out this waiver ahead of time here . If you have attended this event before and filled out a waiver, you don't need to fill it out again!
There will be some yoga mats available, but if you have your own, please feel free to bring it!
Each participant will receive a "self-care" gift bag!
