Come together in a safe, judgement free space for a heart opening, healing, transformative evening.
Breathwork can relase stuck emotions in the body, shift the central nervous system into a relaxed state and decrease anxiety/depression.
No prior breathwork experience needed.
Please feel free to bring extra pillows for support, dress confortably with layers and bring plenty of water.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early prior to the class starting.
Class will start at exactly 6pm with doors locked.
