CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that occasionally things happen preventing one from attending a conference. All cancellation requests received one week prior to the event will be issued a full refund minus registration and processing fee's. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a refund after that date. Substitute attendees will be permitted. Requests for registration cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing via email to Justine.Mayhew@healthassociation.ns.ca.
