This is a hands-on class where birth partners will get the chance to learn beneficial pain management and labor progression techniques to include: partner support, massage, relaxation, position changes, birthing ball use, and aromatherapy. The $25 fee for this class covers both the mother and a support person, and a support person is encouraged to attend.
