Laban Training Program 2020

EEIC provides students with the opportunity to engage in creative perspectives in dance and movement whose purpose is to integrate the mind and the body. We are passionate in inspiring critical thought and personal navigation of the therapeutic relationship and the intersubjective realm of human connection.

Embodied Education Institute of Chicago, LLC

Lisa Goldman and Stacey Hurst are excited to announce their second annual Laban Training Program offered to dance/movement therapy students and professionals, actors, directors, dancers, choreographers, body workers and anyone interested in human movement . 
Upon completion of the program, participants will have attained advanced observation and analysis of movement skills, comprehensive body re-organization, an expanded movement repertoire, and a greatly enhanced ability to apply LMA theory into practice.

When: September 2019 for 16 months.
Where: Sway Dance Chicago, 3317 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago IL 60618.
Time: Fall semester tarts September 13-15: Fridays 6 pm - 9 pm, Saturdays/Sundays 9 am - 5 pm. One weekend/month, see eeichicago.com for exact dates.
Cost: $7650 total, $250 deposit deadline is August 1 -- Payment plans are available.
Discounts: 5% off for full tuition payment, 5% off for registering with a friend.
