Enjoy an evening with Todo Verde founder, Jocelyn Ramirez in conversation with cookbook author of The SalviSoul Cookbook and food writer, Karla Tatiana Vasquez!

Jocelyn Ramirez is a plant-based chef, yoga instructor, and advocate for healthy food access in her community. She founded Todo Verde in 2015 with the mission of creating delicious and healthy plant-based food inspired by her Mexican and South American roots for the Eastside community.

Jocelyn's work has been featured in several press outlets including the Los Angeles Times, USA Today, Vice, Spotify, Buzzfeed, the Smithsonian, Bon Appetit and more!

In continuing her mission at Todo Verde, in 2020, Jocelyn published her first cookbook, La Vida Verde: Plant-Based Mexican Food with Authentic Flavor, becoming a huge sucess after its publication.

Join us for a night of food filled fiscussions! As a part of the program, each guest will be recieving a copy of Jocelyn's cookbook, La Vida Verde: Plant-Based Mexican Food with Authentic Flavor; it is included in the price of the program.
