DAY 1: The ALC Clinic for Market Center Leadership equips team leaders and all supporting staff assisting with the growth of their Market Centers with valuable tools, systems and strategies for leading an effective Associate Leadership Council (ALC).
Additionally, it provides operating principals and market center administrators with the systems and tools to support a highly functioning ALC. This course will help market center leadership teams achieve their market center's goals with an empowered ALC.
FEE: $349 per Leadership Member for both days. Day 1 and Day 2
AUDIENCE: OP, TL, MCA, PC, MCTT (required) and any/all leadership roles who assist with the growth of your Market Center.
