It's finally here! We are excited to announce the kickoff of our KW Alliance Group Investor Division!

IMPORTANT – This is a 4-month commitment. Below are the dates for the in-person only workshops for this program. Please only sign up if you can commit to all 4 dates:

It's finally here! We are excited to announce the kickoff of our KW Alliance Group Investor Division! So many of you have been requesting this and we are thrilled to be able to bring this life changing resource to our KW Alliance Group Family.

We established this Investor division to provide a Crystal-Clear Wealth Road Map, in addition to offering passive income and real estate investor coaching, mentoring and partnership opportunities to our KW Alliance Group members and their families.

The Main purpose will be to help every KW Alliance group member to take meaningful steps each year towards building their wealth and achieving cash-flow financial freedom through real estate investing.

The Program will be 4 months and consists of an in-person workshop every month, weekly self-paced lessons, assignments and group activities to help drive the lessons home.

By the end of this program, you will know:

• Exactly how many properties you need to own to be truly financially free
• Why every agent can and should buy a min of 1 property every year
• What type of properties you should invest in
• Where and how to find them
• How to legally use all of the taxes you owe to the IRS to buy investment properties instead
• Little known strategies to help you finance unlimited investment purchases as a 1099 agent
• Best ways you can partner with others to get started as an investor

More than just knowledge, you will have a support team of mentors and coaches to help you make decisions and guide you through your investment journey.
