Kuumba

Join the Alice Moore Black Arts & Cultural Center for Kuumba: A Day of Creative Exploration for Kids! Inspired by the spirit of Kuumba, meaning creativity, this interactive event gives children an opportunity to explore their imagination, express themselves, and have fun through hands-on activities.

Children will participate in action-figure activities, dinosaur discovery, arts and crafts, and jewelry creation. Refreshments will also be provided.

The event is open to children in the following age groups: 4–6, 7–9, and 10–12 years old. Please register each child individually under the appropriate age group.
