Join Yoga/Meditation Teacher and CEO of Mind Body Badass Amy Baack for Kushy Yoga, where you'll get to take your practice to new heights and leave feeling blissed out and bendy.

- A soothing slow-paced, beginner-friendly 60 minute yoga session that combines the relaxation of your favorite greens with the restorative flow of yoga
- Elevate your practice with breathing breaks and guided stretches
- Find your zen while enjoying the ultimate chill vibes
🌿 Puff, Puff, Pose:
- This event is for those 21 + OLDER only. IDs will be checked upon check in.
- BYOB (Bring Your Own Broccoli)—you are welcome to smoke or not! No greens or accessories will be provided.
- Plan to partake responsibly and for a designated driver/safe ride home. Good vibes only—this is a peaceful yoga class and any disorderly conduct will be asked to leave.
