Welcome to Kundalini Yoga with Janet! Join me for a rejuvenating session of Kundalini Yoga at The White Barn Studio or online. I will guide you through powerful breathwork, dynamic movements, meditation and mantra to help you connect with your inner self and release any tension. This in-person or online weekly event is a fantastic opportunity to unwind, recharge, and find balance in a welcoming and supportive environment. Frequently asked questions

Parking

You can park cars and bikes in the lot in front of the building at 20 Dickinson Street, in Amherst, MA. If the lot is full, go back to Main street, take a right and take the next driveway for the Red Barn Studio. There is ample parking there and walk through the path to the White Barn Studio.

I'm not a yoga person

Neither was I. I didn't start yoga until my 50s after the end of my marriage. When life falls apart, when life feels chaotic, getting over a break-up, healing from an illness, a move, a new job or suffering from anxiety, depression or addictions - Kundalini Yoga helps. Beginners welcome!

How do I pay?

What if I have some injuries or limitations?
