Kundalini Yoga provides a transformational experience by combining asanas (postures), pranayama (breath), shavasana (receiving rest and a gong bath), and mantra (sacred sounding). All created to transform our nervous and glandular systems, by raising our own kundalini energy within us.

These specific sequences are also scientific, created to assist us in manifesting change within and around us as we practice to lift self-limiting beliefs, let go of mindsets that habitually stop us and raise our consciousness together through our own breath, sound, and movements. As we release our own blocks, balance our glandular systems and revitalize our nervous systems, Kundalini gives the opportunity for us to connect, nourish and raise our creative energies so that we can continue to evolve while creating ever-more authentic and meaningful lives.
