Diana Otálvaro (Bhagti Kaur), worked as a Forestry Engineer in both public and private institutions. She discovered Kundalini Yoga through a friend in her home country of Colombia and immediately felt the change it made in her life. She moved to San Diego in 2014 and graduated from Level 1 Teacher Training in 2016 and has been teaching Kundalini Yoga ever since then.

Kate O’Shaughnessy

Kate is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher who is dedicated to creating spaces where students can come to ground and reset their nervous system, revealing their greatest caliber. Kate is trained in AMI Certified Montessori method, a Children’s Yoga teacher by Yoga Ed, and Kali /Heart Radiance Facilitator. She is currently excited to find ways to bring yogic practices to communities and people of all ages, including children and seniors.

Victor has been in the health, wellness and spiritual field since 2006 and became a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher in 2016. Victor feels spiritually called to be a teacher, healer and guide striving to empower others in connecting with their destiny and living balanced, healthy, happy lives. Based in La Jolla, California, Victor sees clients for holistic massage and bodywork, Litios light work, and offers weekly Kundalini yoga classes.
