Kundalini Activation Practice by Purity Sensation will be facilitated by Iryna Harvey in a beautiful studio in Clifton, VA.

This even for men and women, so grab your partner or a friend and join us! 🙏😍🐍🤍♥️

We will begin with a short presentation about the kundalini energy followed by a direct transmission of kundalini shakti for an hour.
After the transmission tea and baked goodies will be served so we can all share our experiences and integrate.

During Kundalini Activation Class you will lie down comfortably on the yoga mat, relax and surrender to this pure and transformative energy. The music will be played and you will recieve a direct energy transmission for an hour, followed by share and integration. After that you can integrate on your own by taking a walk in picturesque historic Clifton town, or on the trails near by the studio where the transmission will be held.

Each individual's experience with Kundalini Activation is unique, ranging from subtle sensations to profound shifts in Consciousness. You may experience physical sensations, emotional releases or hightened awareness. These effects may continue for several days following the session. By participating in these sessions, you embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, empowerment and spiritual awakening.

Preparing for Your Kundalini Activation class

To optimize your experience, we recommend:

  • Dietary Preparation: Avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before the class, or consider fasting for the day.
  • Substance Avoidance: Refrain from coffee before the class and abstain from alcohol and plant medicine consumption for 2-3 days prior to the class.
  • Media Mindfulness: Limit exposure to upsetting news or media to maintain a neutral state of consciousness.
  • By following these guidelines, you create an ideal environment for a profound and transformative Kundalini Activation experience.
  • Give yourself time to integrate the experience after class

Please, arrive dressed in white or light colors comfortable clothes, bring your water bottle.
