We all have this energy but often becomes dormant as we grow up and develop limiting beliefs and fear. By surrendering to this safe and natural process, we release what no longer serve us and connect with our essence; remembering who we truly are.

What is it?

It is a direct transmission of Kundalini that supports the awakening of your own, innate, Kundalini energy. This is an intelligent energy, and a safe, natural process that does what your system needs in any given moment.

This is an energy transmission, not a self-generated process, meaning, the only thing necessary is that you lay down, relax your body and become receptive in order to benefit from this practice. This is a path of surrender (as opposed to a path of will) that creates the unique possibility for healing, higher states of consciousness and a deeper connection to you and others.

Activated Kundalini may have a profound impact on your well being and bring you back to your center, to equanimity. Throughout time, seekers have initiated kundalini processes to begin the ascent of this energy up the spine, which eventually leads to spiritual Realization.

What to expect during a session?

Participants will lie down in a comfortable, quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Music will be played and the only goal to have in mind is: surrender and receive. This safe, intelligent, and gentle energy will take care of the rest.

One might feel or experience physical or mental phenomena (energetic movements, the feeling of static electricity around the body, seeing colors or shapes in the mind's eye). As well as the release and movements of stuck, trapped, or long-stored emotions.

Online vs In-Person?

The online sessions are not much different to the in person classes.

Some people are more comfortable to relax and receive the energy in a group setting while others are more comfortable in their homes. This can affect the intensity one feels in a session.

  • Convenience: You can participate from the comfort of your own home, eliminating the need to travel to a physical location. Exploring in a place where you feel at ease is extremely important in order to fully surrender to the process. Some individuals achieve this comfortably without having people by their side (as would be the case during an in-person class).
  • Flexibility: Online classes may have more flexible scheduling options, allowing you to choose a time that suits your routine.
  • Access: You can attend classes from anywhere in the world, which might be particularly beneficial if there are no in-person KAP classes available nearby.
  • Privacy: Some individuals might feel more comfortable exploring in the privacy of their own space.


How to prepare for your virtual session:

  • Avoid alcohol or drugs 24 hours before the session.
  • Avoid heavy foods 3 hours before the session. It's best to fast. If you must eat, have a light juice.
  • Check you have a stable Wifi Connection.
  • Ensure Zoom is downloaded on your laptop, tablet, or phone.
  • Connect speaker or wireless headphones to your device: music will be shared through Zoom.
  • Setup a yoga mat or blanket on the floor.
  • Wear comfortable clothes.
  • Position the camera on your device so I can see your whole body.
  • Sign in to Zoom by 5-10 minutes before the session begins.
