Brief Introduction explaining flow of class.

Hot Pot Demonstration


We will teach you how to make 2 different hot pot broths. Umami (mushroom) & Kimchi.

6:50 PM

Salad Dressings


Instructors will walk you through creating the dressings for Cucumber Salad & Bean Sprout Salad.

7:05 PM

Grilling


Instructors will briefly go over grilling technique and recommended cook times. Go over flavor profiles for marinades and pass out proteins for hands on grilling at your seat.

7:25 PM

Kimchi & Pickled Radish Sampling


Instructors will pass out samples of Kimchi and Pickled Radish. They will go over health benefits of both items. They will also explain how to make your own at home.

7:30 PM

Ramen Sampling


Instructor will invite you to try the broth that were made at the beginning of the class with a portion of ramen.

7:40 PM

Misc.


Instructors will pass out more portions of proteins as well as kimchi and pickled radish. They will also answer any questions that you have.
